About

Rooster Tim is a four-piece jam band comprised of electrifying guitar and keys backed by rock steady bass and drums. Formed at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, they gained a reputation for high energy music, extended free improvisation, and a sound that is impossible not to groove to. A Rooster Tim live show can span all sorts of musical genres from rock and blues to funk and psych. With a comprehensive repertoire of songs, each show is completely new and equally exciting. These four young friends aspire to follow in the footsteps of their influences such as Phish, the Allman Brothers, and Led Zeppelin hoping to create a shared love for music and good times with the audience.
